Change your mind before dispatch?

No problem just call during office hours on the same day your placed your order, and we can change or cancel your order. Please call us straight away (we try and dispatch on the same day as the order is received) on 0148 359966 between 9:00am and 5.00pm , Monday to Friday. We will do our best to change or cancel your order before it's been dispatched, however if your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you"ll need to follow our returns procedure.

Change your mind on an unopened package?

If the product package is completely unopened and untouched we are happy for your to return it to us (at your own cost) for a full refund (excl. delivery charge) within 30 calendar days. This is our 30 day money back guarantee .

Faulty or damaged products

If your order arrives damaged or you believe a product is faulty, please follow our returns procedure or call us on 0148 359966 between 9:00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Outside of 9:00am and 5.00pm or on weekends please use our contact form  or email the customer service team on customerservice@nomeds.co.uk


Returning your order

If you would like to return your purchase for a refund or exchange, please do the following:

1. Email us with the following details and we will give you our returns address:
    a. Full Name
    b. Contact Number 
    c. Order Number (found on the top of your invoice)
    d. What product you are returning
    e. Reason for Return

2. Package up your return securely.
Please enclosed a note with your return information that contains your name, address, email address or contact number and order number.

3. Post your products back to us. Please make sure you obtain a proof of postage. We recommend you use a tracked service.  We do not refund postage (sending out or back)

Once products are safely back with us and checked they are in the expected condition, a refund will be issued using the same method of payment as the initial transaction within 14 calendar days. Please note we will not refund to a different card or method. Please note if the item is returned due to damage however we deem it to be in good working order we will only release the product back to you once you have cleared the shipment cost (both return and sending back out).

Items Excluded From The Returns Policy 

Once the packaging has been opened on the following products, for reasons of hygiene and safety we are unable to refund or exchange them unless they are faulty:

  • Perishable items.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items including pillows, mattress-toppers, bed linen and products of a cosmetic or personal nature (eg creams etc) may not be returned unless faulty.

If the product is damaged or the seal broken on arrival, do not use/consume and contact our customer service team for assistance.

Refunds and exchanges

We want you to be happy with your order. If you're not, just return your order and we"ll refund or exchange it. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you are entitled to a refund within 14 calendar days starting the day after delivery. You may also cancel or return your unwanted products within 14 days of receipt for a refund in accordance with the above regulation.

To qualify for a refund or exchange

Refunds can only be allowed when returned products are in the original packaging with any tags and security seals still in place. Items can only be exchanged if they are in the same condition as received i.e. saleable condition - unless they are deemed damaged or faulty. Any paid postage cost is non-refundable unless products are deemed damaged or faulty.Please note if the item is returned due to damage however we deem it to be in good working order we will only release the product back to you once you have cleared the shipment cost (both return and sending back out)
Product condition and exceptions

If a product is returned and found to have been worn and not in the pristine condition it was despatched, then health and hygiene restricts us offering an exchange or refund and the product will be returned to you. For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept certain other goods - please check before you buy if you are unsure.

Exchanges

Once products are safely back with us and checked they are in the expected condition, the exchanged product(s) will be sent via courier. This usually takes a maximum 3-5 working days to arrive, however if you want your products quicker please call us to arrange next day delivery.
